New Lippies =)

SO I got these 2 new lippies recently & I'm loving them =)
The first one is MAC's Viva Glam lipstick that Lady Gaga Collaborated on. It's official name is Viva Glam Lady Gaga 2. It is a beautiful beige that's really pigmented. A little goes a long way. It reminds me of MAC's lip erase, but in a tube of lipstick. There's a lip gloss that goes with it too, but I choose to do the lipstick because it's such a good base for glosses.

The next one is YSL's Simply Gold. It has 0.2% 24 Carat Gold flecks in the gloss. It's sooo super duper shiny. I've actually been dabbing it on top the Lady Gaga's Viva Glam lipstick as a topper. It also has a subtle hint of mango too =) I love pulling it out of my bag-makes me feel happy!

NARS Beauty Haulin' =]

Add caption
At first glance this NARS blush Taj Mahal $26 looks super orange (don't be scared! lol), but it's actually really beautiful. With all NARS products comes MAJOR pigment which equals awesome color payoff! You only need a teensy bit on your brush to get a pretty golden- shimmery- tangerine color. This looks great on deeper skin tones, but can be worn with a very light application on fairer skin too.  I was a little apprehensive about buying it because I have MAC Peaches blush, but really it's no comparison because Peaches is a flat matte orange/peach without any glimmer, but both give my cheeks such warmth and color =)

When I saw NARS Desperado Nail polish I was in love! It's so gorg! NARS always does really awesome fun nail colors that wear really well chip free. BUT when I got home to put it away I saw that I had this Forever 21 nail polish that I must of picked up last minute in the check out line and never wore. I swear it's the same color! =? wth?
I have a few NARS lippies but this one actually takes the cake! Moonfleet is so pretty on! I would have never picked it from the tube because it does it NO justice-it has pearly flecks of shimmer in it and it's not goopy at all! It's pretty by itself or layered on top of something. It makes my already full lips appear fuller =)

I just wanted share my new purple feathers that my good friend Kelly put in for me-I love!!! they snap in with some sorda bead & a tool to the ends to my hair and I can wash my hair and even flat iron them!

Hey guys! New awesome finds

This the Beauty Blender Sponge-I've seen it for awhile but never bought one because I don't or didn't wear liquid makeup at the time, but I'm in love with Revlon's Colorstay liquid foundation (I'll review that later-it's AMazing!) So I needed something other than my foundation brush to blend with. I absolutely love the hot pink color and it has gotten such fab reviews I ordered it. It came today & it's even cutier in person! I love that it even has a little pedestal to store it on when your not using it. I'll use it for awhile & give a full review later-I just had to share! http://www.beautyblender.net/sponge.html

So, like I've said before I am obsessed with whitening my teeth! I started using this about a week ago and I'm in love-I've never seen a PRE-BRUSH mouth wash before?? I got this from CVS (hence the title) and it really does seem to work. When you first use it it does kinda sting but it's not unbearable. It has 8% peroxide in it which does the the whitening part, you can even feel it bubble in your mouth-weird but I know it's working! lol When I'm done swishing it around I spit and brush! Ta-Da whiter teeth!

Some of my favorite things at the moment =)

I saw this at Massage Envy in New Orleans. I was super congested at the time and the receptionist said that she used this in the shower & it helped her sinus'. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'd try anything especially if it's a bathroom product you don't have to twist my arm I'm a sucker! LOL
So, what you do is get in a super hot shower (or as much as you can stand it) to make alot of steam and then spray this in the steam. It's made with 100% Pure Eucalyptus Essential Oil but BEWARE close your mouth  when you spray it in the air-it tastes yucky-BLEH! lol It really made the my sinus' feel better at least temporarily. I want to try the lavender next.

OK, If I were to make a bath sponge this is the one I'd make. It's so sweet and girly =) I love the pink color with silvery  glitter thread running around the edges. It's the little things that make me happy =) If you need one of these in your life you can get one at CVS for $1.99! LOL

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush is such a fantastic dry shampoo because it really does work without making your hair look white or gunky looking. It has a faint flowery smell too which is nice. I have dark brown/black hair and it blends really well after I brush it through. I sometimes use it right after I wash & blow dry because it gives my limp hair super body. I buy this from Sally's for about $7.50 for 7 ounces and I also carry a travel size for my purse. The price is unbeatable for a awesome product because I know that a lot of dry shampoo's are pricey. It a HG product for sure.

SOOO this little treasure is actually food flavoring that I found for 99 CENTS! at an Indian store. I know y'all must think I'm crazy, but honestly it smells like really expensive rose oil. It last a long time too-I just dab a little on my wrist & I end up smelling like roses!HA

Inexpensive Shampoo & Conditioner that I Heart!

I have honestly tried a ton of different shampoo & conditioner's, some good and some not so good. I've discovered both of these at my local Sally's beauty supply store and was super impressed at the quality for the inexpensive price!
The ION Daily Solutions Gentle Cleansing Shampoo is for all hair types and is also 100% vegan. I'm not a vegan so that doesn't really make a bit of difference to me but, it's nice to know. I've used a few ion products before and really wasn't impressed with them. I got this one as a free gift so I wasn't expecting too much. DAMN I was shocked no lie! lol First of all it smells incredible-like vanilla and coconuts with a hint rose (as my fiance described! ha) It makes a nice lather, not too much though. I'm sometimes leary when shampoo's lather up alot because it means that it has alot of soapiness in it which equals build-up. I ALWAYS make a habit of  looking at the ingredient list on the back of products & I was stunned to see that Linseed extract (flax seed), Grapefruit extract, Chamomile, Jojoba oil, & Panthenol are within the first 7 ingredients!! I have oily fine hair ,so I have to wash everyday-this has been a awesome product for me =D The price is $5.99 for 12 ounces.  It's a definite keeper!
Next up is Loreal's Feria Professional Conditioning Treatment 6oz for about $8 dollars. Even though I have super fine hair the ends get dry because I flat iron daily. I use to use Bumble & Bumble Seaweed Conditioner but its pretty pricey for 8ounces-about $20 bucks at CVS. I use it everyday so I would use up alot quickly. It wasn't very cost effective ya know? The Loreal conditioner is the same stuff that is in the little packets of conditioner if you ever have colored your hair at home with a box dye before. I use to squeeze every last bit out of those tiny packets. I swear I don't know what it is that they put in the conditioner because the ingredient list isn't anything that I recognize, BUT hands down this stuff is magical! It's not heavy at all and doesn't leave a oily residue. It's mainly meant to be used after a color treatment, but I use it everyday. I'm on my 4th or 5th bottle now-so I guess you can say it's my HG (holy grail) product!
